Community Terms

Who London One is for

London One is a fictional FiveM roleplay community intended for members aged 16 or over. Some specialist, command or safeguarding-sensitive roles may be restricted to members aged 18 or over. Where an age requirement applies, the platform records an age-band attestation rather than asking for a full date of birth.

You are responsible for using your own Discord account and for keeping access to that account secure. Do not share or transfer your London One account or use another person's identity to join, apply or access staff areas.

Community standards

Members must follow the published London One rules and reasonable staff directions used to keep the community safe and playable. Harassment, discriminatory abuse, deliberate disruption, cheating, unauthorised access attempts and conduct intended to harm other members or the platform are not acceptable.

London One aims for serious, collaborative roleplay. Real-world terminology may be used for immersion, but the community is not a professional training environment and members are not expected to hold real emergency-service qualifications.

Applications, onboarding and access

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or access to a department. Recruitment can open, close or become limited, and application decisions may include an interview or further onboarding. Access to roles, departments and platform features can be changed where community rules, operational needs or permissions require it.

Application answers must be your own. Staff reviewing applications should use the platform's authorised tools and must not expose applicant-only or reviewer-only information outside the purpose for which it was provided.

Fictional and independent service

London One is an independent fictional roleplay community. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Metropolitan Police, London Ambulance Service, London Fire Brigade, the NHS, any UK emergency service or any government body. Content on the platform is for roleplay and community administration, not real-world operational, medical or legal advice.

Service changes and availability

The website, FiveM server, Discord integrations and future ONE platform may be changed, paused or unavailable while the community is being developed or maintained. London One will avoid presenting unconfirmed service status as live information and may withdraw features that are unsafe, unreliable or no longer needed.

Privacy and changes to these terms

How account and application information is handled is explained in the Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice. These terms may be updated as London One moves from pre-launch into live operation. Material changes should be communicated through the website or community channels before they are relied on for member-facing decisions.
