Who we are
From the shift to the screen
ONE Solutions is the software arm of London One RP, a British emergency services roleplay community on FiveM.
The people behind it work in the emergency services for real. We know what a busy shift feels like, what a control room needs to hear, and which records matter when a case reaches court. That experience goes into every screen we build.
Everything we sell runs on London One first, with real players booked on, so we find the rough edges before you do.
Policing
Experience from the police service shapes how our systems take calls, keep records, run custody and handle evidence.
Ambulance service
Experience from the ambulance service shapes how calls are triaged, how patients are recorded and how crews and control work together.
Roleplayers
We play on London One too. We use what we build every night, so we feel it when something gets in the way.

We want every shift on a server to have good roleplay in it, with the tools helping rather than getting in the way.

ONE Suite and USA Suite are the same system underneath. Each one looks and reads like the country it serves, down to the ranks, codes and paperwork, and both get every update and enhancement at the same time.
ONE Suite
The full ONE platform for British services: control room, radio, records, policing, forensics, roads and fire, in UK terminology, ranks and procedures. Built around your force and services, real or lore.
USA Suite
The full ONE platform for US departments: dispatch, radio, records, law enforcement, forensics, traffic and fire, in US terminology, ranks and codes. Built around your department, real or lore.

ONE Suite speaks like British services and USA Suite speaks like US departments. Underneath they're the same, and they're updated together.

London One RP is the community ONE Solutions grew out of: the Metropolitan Police, London Ambulance Service and London Fire Brigade on FiveM. Come and see the systems in use.
