Information London One handles

When you use Discord sign-in, London One can store the Discord account identifier and profile information needed to identify your account, such as your current display name and avatar, together with authentication and session records needed to keep you signed in.

Joining and application records can include your age-band attestation, microphone and rules acknowledgements, civilian onboarding state, emergency-service application answers, application status and messages sent to you about an application. London One does not ask for your full date of birth through the normal joining process.

Staff, audit and security records

Authorised staff accounts can have role assignments. Administrative actions can record the staff actor, the target of a change, what changed and when it happened. These records support accountability, application handling and platform security.

The website does not have an advertising or third-party analytics platform configured. Hosting, database and application infrastructure can generate technical logs needed to operate, troubleshoot and protect the service.

Your application answers and age band are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to prepare a summary, a score out of 100, flags and a view on whether the writing seems AI generated. Your email address and Discord details are not included. The result is only for the recruitment team. It is not shown to applicants, and a person always makes the decision.

How information is used

Information is used to operate your London One account, check joining requirements, process applications, show application or onboarding status, administer the community and protect the service. Member and applicant information is available only through the relevant authenticated and role-based areas of the platform.

London One does not sell member information to advertisers. Discord is used as the sign-in provider, so information you provide directly to Discord is also handled under Discord's own service and privacy terms.

Retention, access and contact

Account, application, audit and security records are kept for as long as they are reasonably needed to operate the community, administer applications, maintain an accountable record of decisions or protect the service. Different records may need to be kept for different periods depending on their purpose.

To ask what information London One holds about you, request a correction or raise a deletion or privacy query, email [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained where they remain necessary for security, audit or community administration.
