Your shift starts here
Every member starts with a character-led application. We look at the person you'll play and how you'll play with others, never real-world qualifications.
Sign in to ONE
One Discord sign-in, no separate password. ONE holds your applications and the messages recruiters send you.
Tell us about your character
Send one application: Civilian, or a service if you want that career. A service application covers Civilian too. Answers save as you type.
Joining routes
Everyone starts with Civilian. You can also apply to one service at a time.

Character first. Applications are long and almost all about the person you'll play: their backstory, personality, flaws and where their story could go. Write it in your own words.
Multi-character. A service career must be your main character. You can play other characters too, but using anything from your service role to help them ends that career permanently.
No real-world experience needed. Service applications look at judgement, communication and how you play with others. They are not tests of UK law, clinical guidelines or operational doctrine.
We talk to you. The recruitment team may message you or book a short chat on Discord before deciding. You'll get an email and see it in ONE.
