London One uses cookies and related session data that are necessary for Discord authentication, account security and keeping a signed-in member connected to the platform. These are required for features such as applications, onboarding, the ONE account area and staff administration.

Authentication cookie names and technical details can change as the sign-in library is updated, so this notice describes their purpose rather than publishing names that may become inaccurate.

No analytics or advertising cookies at launch

The London One website does not have a third-party analytics platform, advertising network or behavioural tracking service configured at launch. Because the current first-party cookies are necessary to provide authenticated features, the site does not present a non-essential cookie consent banner simply for appearance.

Discord sign-in

When you choose Discord sign-in, your browser is redirected to Discord. Discord may use its own cookies and other technologies on its service under Discord's own terms and privacy arrangements. London One does not control cookies set directly by Discord on Discord's domains.

Future changes

If London One later introduces non-essential analytics or similar technology, this notice and the site's consent controls will be reviewed before that technology is enabled for members. Production hosting may also use strictly necessary security or load-balancing cookies if the final infrastructure requires them, and this notice should be updated if that happens.
