How old do I need to be?Joining
London One is a 16+ community. Selected specialist, safeguarding-sensitive or senior roles may require members to be 18+.
Do I need to apply before I can play?Joining
Civilian roleplay uses open entry after basic Discord sign-in and onboarding. Police, ambulance and fire roles require an application and training.
How do I sign in?Joining
London One uses Discord authentication only. There is no separate London One password to remember.
Do I need a microphone?FiveM
Yes. Clear voice communication is an important part of roleplay and a working microphone is required.
Do I need GTA V and FiveM?FiveM
Yes. You need a legitimate installation supported by FiveM and a working FiveM client to join the game server.
What are applications assessed on?Applications
We focus on judgement, communication and roleplay quality rather than asking people to memorise real-world legislation.
Can I apply to more than one emergency service?Applications
Multi-department membership may be allowed by community policy, but each emergency-service role has its own application and training requirements.
Is London One affiliated with real emergency services?Community
No. London One is an independent fictional roleplay community and is not endorsed by any UK emergency service, NHS organisation or government body.
How do I get support or appeal a decision?Support
Use the support route in the London One Discord. Formal privacy or account matters will also be signposted on the website.
