    ONE
    Built

A control room that runs in a browser

Call takers and dispatchers run the city from londononerp.uk, in game or not. Everything they do reaches the radios and tablets in game.

    ONE live map
Live previewSample data. Nothing is saved.Open full screen
    • Command board with incidents, units, CAD logs and live status per service
    • Postal street map: 226 named roads and 1,687 postals; a pin fills street, junction and postal
    • Radio console: monitor Airwave talkgroups and talk to units from the browser
    • AI Control grades calls and sends the nearest suitable unit when no dispatcher is on
    • Pager for TROJAN, INDIA 99, dogs, HART and on-call roles
    • Reports: LAS ePCR, LFB IRS, collisions and use of force, with review
    • Careers: internal adverts and applications that unlock callsigns
    • Desk layouts across two or three monitors
    AI ControlBuilt

Nobody on the desk? Control still answers.

When no dispatcher is on position, ONE takes the calls, sends the right units and talks to them on the radio as Met, LAS or LFB Control. It hands back the moment someone books on.

    • Sends the right unit first: ARV to firearms, TPAC to pursuits, HART and critical care to the worst calls
    • Talks on the talkgroup in British voices, and listens: "show me at scene" or "PNC on LN19 ABC" just works
    • Logs a job for you when a unit says "I've found a stolen car, can you log it?"
    • Every decision on the log, under the control room's own name

Your browser reads it here. On the radio it's ONE's own British voice with a radio filter.

    ONE CommsBuilt

An Airwave radio that behaves like one

This is the real radio screen from the game, running here on the SC20, one of four handhelds in the suite. Press the keys, hold the side button to talk, change talkgroup with the knob.

    Service
    Make something happen
Side buttonHold to talk. You get the talk-permit tone, or busy if the group's in use. Orange keyHold for emergency: open mic and an alert to every unit on the group. 1 to 9Hold to send a status to Control. Hold 2 to book on. KnobScroll or click to change talkgroup.
    • Half-duplex TETRA: one voice at a time; emergencies break through
    • Background audio: sirens, gunshots, rotors and wind behind every transmission
    • Coverage from masts; tunnels cut it, DMO works anywhere
    • Four handhelds on foot and the SCG22 terminal in every emergency vehicle
    • Book on from the radio: callsign, crew, vehicle and skills go to the CAD
    • Second radio, scan list, covert kit and a radio fitted to your own uniform
    BEACONS

BEACONS: senior officers run the network

A tablet app for MPS, LAS and LFB supervisors. Each service sees its own units and runs its own radio network.

    • Console: monitor 8 talkgroups, talk on any
    • All-call, status sweeps and welfare checks
    • Major incidents in one tap, with a decision log
    • Replay the last hour: movement, airtime, events
    Built

Records that go all the way to court

One record per person, vehicle and place, linked to everything. Open a wanted person and follow the links.

    • Custody under PACE: detention clocks, reviews, interviews, charge or bail
    • Briefing and wanted: warrants, missing people, warning markers, vehicles of interest
    • Case build for the in-game prosecutor and judge, then court results on the record
    • Import from the CAD: a call fills the report as suggestions
    • Crime map and series, intelligence, property and a pocket notebook

    Arrests, the British way

Rigid cuffs front or rear, double-locking, leg restraints and zip ties. Stop and search under six powers with GOWISELY. The caution appears on the suspect's screen and the arrest goes to Met Nexus.

    Body-worn video

A camera on every vest that starts itself when a Taser is drawn, blue lights go on or the radio emergency is pressed, with a 30 second pre-event buffer.

    Props

Cordon tape, cones, barriers and signs as items, placed with a preview, shared with everyone and cleared when you book off.

    The evidence remembers

Every shot leaves a casing and every bare hand on a wheel leaves a print. The labs in your stations decide what it means.

    • Casings, blood, prints, GSR and bullet strikes with trajectories
    • Ageing and rain; criminals can bleach and wipe, luminol still sees it
    • Sealed exhibits with tamper-evident seals and a full chain of custody
    • Labs you build: DNA, fingerprints, ballistics and chemistry
    • DNA database, IDENT1 and NABIS, with cold hits from custody
    Built

Every plate, every mile an hour

Cameras placed in the world, in-car ANPR, a laser speed gun, Stingers and roadside tests. Tickets and collisions go straight to Met Nexus.

    • Safety and average speed cameras that send a Notice of Intended Prosecution
    • ANPR on cameras, vans and police cars; hits alert units within 1.5 km
    • Fixed penalties and reports, with a Central Ticket Office
    • Log a collision: weather, light, vehicles and drivers read for you

CITIZENS and VOICES: every Londoner is somebody

    1. Every NPC gets an identity: name, date of birth, address, ID, DNA, prints and what's in their pockets.
    2. Stop one and ask. They answer out loud in British voices built on Piper.
    3. Check them on PNC. Their record lives in Met Nexus, so a wanted NPC really is wanted.
    4. Search and arrest them; their prints and DNA go to SCENE.
